Bioplastic is a renewable raw material – which is manufactured from sugar cane instead of oil.

Bioplastic has exactly the same properties, looks and feels like normal plastic. The difference is that bioplastic is a renewable raw material. Bioplastic can also be recycled in the regular recycling system for plastic. The proportion of renewable raw material (biomass) is 96-98% of the finished product. The remaining percentage is colour pigment if the bottle is coloured. Our bioplastic supplier has a plantation that is certified in accordance with the Code of Conduct, based on ethical, social and environmental aspects together with an LCA (Life Cycle Cost Analysis).
